Concrete landscape construction in Toronto.

Move water deliberately

Landscape Grading & Drainage Toronto

Elevation planning and site drainage integrated into the build—not treated as an afterthought after surfaces are installed.

Built around the site

A complete approach to grading & drainage.

Every hardscape changes how water moves across a property. Finished elevations must protect the home, connect safely to doors and walks, and direct runoff to an appropriate outlet without creating problems for neighbouring lots.

We assess visible drainage conditions during planning and coordinate slopes, base elevations, surface transitions and drainage components with the rest of the construction scope.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers before construction.

How much slope does a patio need?

The appropriate slope depends on the surface, layout and drainage route. The goal is positive drainage without creating uncomfortable or unsafe transitions.

Can you fix water pooling beside the house?

Many grading issues can be improved, but the source, elevations, outlets and property constraints must be assessed before recommending a solution.

Should grading be planned before hardscaping?

Yes. Finished elevations and water movement should be resolved before excavation and base construction begin.
